I am giving my consent for to survey of my premises.
Following details are shown by surveyor.
- Survey will be by electronic metal detectors.
- Charges for survey will taken as per areas of selected premises.
- The paid fees will not refundable in any circumstances.
- Survey will be done only at the time of the day, if the survey will be done on the night for any personal reasons of the invitee, the survey charges will be taken more.
- Researcher only conduct survey, do not excavate.
